For a long time, much attention has been paid to the scientificalness, objectivity and fairness of assessment of diligence and honesty constructions for leading cadres and Party and government organizations. It has become a widely concerned issue to innovate evaluation system and assessment mechanism of diligence and honesty constructions in terms of construction of the Party conduct and of an honest and clean government. Commission for Discipline Inspection in Jiawang District has carried out an active exploration in evaluation system of diligence and honesty constructions for leading group and leading cadres. With the help of electronic information platform, this system has functions of performance assessment, information disclosure, letters and visits, early warning mechanism on honesty, exchange of information, warning education and so on. Through establishing information sharing mechanism for corruption prevention, early warning mechanism and corruption perceptions index system, it has enhanced scientificalness of performance management system and information level to punish and prevent corruption. Thus, administrative power can operate under the sunshine.
