도시철도 열차제어시스템과 차량 등 E&M 분야에 대한 안전관리체계 고도화와 유지관리업무의 표준화를 통한 신뢰성, 가용성, 유지보수성, 안전성 확보로 효율적인 운영과 E&M 분야 RAMS 도입시 필요한 기본 요구사항 분석 및 할당과 철도안전관리체계 기술기준의 RAMS 관련규격과 관련된 안전관리체계 활동 및 평가 방안을 정립하고, 도시철도 운영기관에서 효율적이고 연계성과 확장성이 높은 RAMS 통합관리시스템 연구개발을 위한 개념정립, 요구사항정의 및 할당, 설계 및 검증, 시범구축과 정책제안 등 표준화된 시스템엔지니어링 프로세스를 통한 RAMS 통합시스템 Framework 과 Component 개발 및 구축, 실증검증 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
To establish the effective operation by securing Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety through advancing the safety management system and standardizing the maintenance work in E&M such as urban railway train control system and RS, etc., the analysis and allocation of basic requirements requiring in introducing RAMS in E&M part, and the safety management system activity and evaluation plan related to RAMS standards in technical standard of railway safety management system. Also to develop and construct the RAMS integrated system Framework and Component through the standardized system engineering process such as establishment of the concept for R & D of RAMS integrated management system, which is effective in Urban Railway Operating Organization and has a high connectivity and expandability, definition and allocation of the requirements, design and validation, and demonstrating construction and policy proposal etc. and present the validation method.
