Long before, Our ancestors have tried to clinical trials. about effect on medicine and possibility of edible from wild plants. As a result, they know that wild plants used as ingredients possible, furthermore wild plants can be medicine. They used in food and the prevention and treatment of illnesses with them. The ｢Tonguibogam｣ is deals with the methods for treating and preventing diseases with wild plants and so on.
Especially, ｢Donguibogam｣ is to tell oriental medical efficacy of wild plants or food ingredients at hand. ｢Donguibogam｣ ‘an effective medicine’ of inner body chapter introduce a simple prescription. That book is recommended by the full knowledge and the use.
So, the study show oriental medical effect and way of cooking․intaking of wild plants ingredients in the record ‘an effective medicine’ of inner body chapter. And this study investigate by dividing leaves, stem, berries and roots.
As a result of study, oriental medical effect of wild plants ingredients have an effect on health and comfort, especially affection, spirit and mind. Gnerally, way of cooking․intaking of wild plants ingredients are namul, soup, pill(composed by powder) and traditional distilled liquor.
