Internet of Things (iot), big data, artificial intelligence, heralding a new industrial time. This study was that of smart health care many various and systematic approach to the revitalization of industry and research and try a review of the issues such as recognition for the purpose Then conducted. Therefore, this overview study smart for the healthcare industry, Smart Healthcare iot industrial applicability on to look at. The expected effect of this study as follows :
First, the smart health care industry, health and welfare, and commercial going to propose a new commercial development vision. Second, domestic smart health care related research is very poor. Therefore, Germany, South Korea, the United States, Germany, Japan"s smart market and the status of the healthcare industry analysis. And about the future of smart health care (iot) industry outlook. Finally, telemedicine system characteristics was analyzed by the United States, Japan, Korea. Health care, health sectors to the government"s role industrial development, health care law amendment and support system is very necessary.
