There have been several transient events like a reactor trip related to the unskilled operations at the touch screen in nuclear power plants lately, and the installations of the touch screens have been increased steadily in our nation’s nuclear power plants widely with reflection of the digital times in recent years. Therefore, it is required that the nuclear power plant’s operators should study the principle for the touch screen and handle it with care. At the end, the prevention program (flash) for the human performance error has been developed in order to cope with these problems. In this paper, we introduced performance requirements, development methods, and utilization of the developed program (flash).
