Recently industrial society has rapidly progressed through the application of the information system and the transportation technology. Especially, the government has initiatively enforced various support systems to build the advanced structure of the medium and small enterprise.
The informationalized and the advanced environment of the manufacturing field called one of the 4th generation industrial revolution is now not only the competitive advantage but also the critical factor for survival. These trials for the changing in enterprise have been referred to diverse terms, for example, the advanced environment of the manufacturing field, Smart factory, MES, POS, ERP, Manufacturing information system, and so on. Most of the medium and small enterprises of which conditions are stable have interest in structuring and applying information system.
Somewhat to build the series of the advanced manufacturing field, the training system to foster skillful laborers is needed. When specialists are continuously followed up through the training system, the advanced manufacturing enterprise can be successfully built.
In this study we suggest the training system to train specialists who can work in the advanced manufacturing field using the material management system. It can be used to teach the skill of warehousing, delivery, quality inspection and storage for materials.
