목적: 본 연구 목적은 임상에서 사용되고 있는 금속-도재 가공치 하부구조물이 적절하게 설계되었는지 판단하고 모양과 크기 및 위치에 따라 발생할 수 있는 문제점을 파악하여 설계 시 기초 원리에 기반하여 제작하는 것을 강조하였다.
연구재료 및 방법: 금속-도재 가공치 하부구조 제작에서 이상적인 형태와 임상에서 사용되는 형태의 가공치 기저면(P1), 양 인접면(C), 치경연(P2) 및 순면 최대 풍융부위로 올라가는 치경 1/3부위(P3)의 도재 두께를 측정 하여 일원배치 분산분석 및 사후 검정을 수행하였다.
결과: 측정한 부위의 도재 두께를 비교한 결과 각 그룹 간에는 통계적 유의성이 없었다(P > 0.05).
결론: 본 연구에서 제시하는 금속하부 구조물은 가공치가 갖추어야 할 요구요건을 충족하고 있어 임상적으로 사용이 가능하다.
