This research is to investigate choice attributes of accommodation facilities for rural tourism. The total of 376 samples was analyzed by factor analysis and descriptive statistics and the importance level of the quality elements for rural tourism accommodation facilities was investigated. Main findings consist of four categories. First, the result of factor analysis on 28 elements of rural tourism accommodation facilities revealed that hygienic and clean factor were the most important. Secondly, elements such as breakfast menu, size and ornament of room, eating table, type of structure, size and outward appearance of the house were assessed relatively less important than other elements. Thirdly, inexperienced persons for rural tourism had higher recognition in safety facilities and indoor bathroom than the experienced. Lastly, there were differences in the importance of a few elements such as reservation, safe facilities, breakfast menu, atmosphere of bathroom, sanitation of bedclothes, furniture, bathroom articles and air conditioner and ventilation facilities by gender.
