Analysis of internal and external living environment within the city of single-family homes and townhouses in some areas of life, in Taegu, Dalseo-earners. The purpose is to clarify the actual condition, and its results for future housing only as a basic data plan to provide.
In this study, analyzed the environmental assessment based on a survey of residents on the inside and outside of the housing. The target on study is single-family homes, townhouses, multi-family housing. The main findings are follows.
First, the internal and external environment assessment scores appeared significant problems in the housing environment to a below-average score. Second, the internal environment assessment on the size of the rooms is positive. But storage space, built-in space, such as the size of the veranda space, ventilation, interlayer noise is negative. Third, the external environment in light, friendship of neighbors, and housing estates both inside and outside of the green state and commercial facilities around is positive. but view of housing, noise problems, etc doesn`t satisfaction.
