This study is mainly focused on understanding the current situation of management service and users" recognition and demand about "Banditbul Center" in Seocho-gu detached house area. By doing this, we can extract the problems of detached house area"s management service and propose the improvement. Both of a field survey and face-to-face interview were conducted on an action officer of "Banditbul Center" on May 29th, and ten center users who live in Seocho-gu on August 13th ~ 19th, 2015. The results were as follows : 1) "Banditbul Center" executed renovation of senior citizen center to make a Community Room at first basement level and Group Infant Care Room at second floor. 2) The standard consensus is that unpleasant feelings because of Community Room"s under ground location. Meanwhile, Group Infant Care Room has several advantages, like comfortable environment, located near by the playground, and free to use, as well as weakness of too small to be used by many people at the same time. 3) Community Room revitalized residents community. But space hemorrhage need to be improved. Group Infant Care Room has variety of toys and books that can be shared, but users also demand new toys. 4) Many users feel confidence in volunteers, but also they wanted childcare professionals. 5) Users ask for new experience education for children and lectures on artistic topics for residents.
