The purpose of this paper was to study on the attitudes about ‘NEW PLUS’ housing among the career beginners. Social survey research using questionnaire was conducted among career beginners from November 9th to November 18th. The data from 103 respondents were analyzed using SPSS PASW 18.0 statistical program. The major findings were as followings 1) more than half of the respondents knew briefly about ‘NEW PLUS’ housing and had a good image about it. 2) about 75% of the respondents wanted to live in the ‘NEW PLUS’ Housing. And most of them preferred over 10 years rental duration. 3) quality of the locational condition was one of the most important factors differentiated by age. Transportation was the other important factor differentiated by job. In conclusion, the government have to improve the image of ‘NEW PLUS’ housing and recognition among expecting users. Also, they need to change rental price and tax benefit policy should be improved for expecting users.
