The purpose of this study was to find recognition and needs about ‘Happy House’ project. Social survey research using questionnaire was conducted among people living in Detached Housing Area from November 21th to 14th. 100 data were collected from Seongsan1dong Mapogu, Seoul. SPSS PASW 18.0 program was used for statistical analysis.
Major findings were as follows : 1)most of the respondents were unsatisfied with their dwelling 2)they were positive about housing related support services which like apartment complex. 3)respondents already experienced about Happy House services were satisfied with the services. However, a lot of repondents didn’t know the ‘Happy House’ project. They preferred urgent repair service among various services providing by the ‘Happy House’ project.
In conclusion, ‘Happy House’ project have to be developed to provide properly by the regional basis.
