The period of life in Child Care circumstances is longer than before and on increasing trend. The quality and quantity of an Child Care Circumstances is important that children grow as a whole-person. Color is the most efficient one of design elements to improve children’ sensitivity. So this study was performed to find the external color plan in day care center and outdoor playground out.
In this case study, it was founded out that color plan in the outward was applied colors of high and middle value. And low chroma red and yellow were used on them more than green and blue. But high saturation of three primary colors were used in play yards. The exterior color plan in day care center was colorless in most cases and very disharmonious in some cases. The primary color-centered play field was loud and out of tune with the atmosphere of the next buildings. So for children’ sensitivity, colorful and harmonious color plan is required to be planned carefully.
