This study tried to analyze and complement the errors and problems regarding design, manufacture and transportation occurred in the process of the mock-up of modular Hanok which is expected to improve the economic feasibility, construction performance and dwelling performance and then to use the results as the basic data of modular Hanok to be continuously developed in future. The contents identified in this study phase-specific manufacture process of mock-up are as follows: First, because the errors regarding the unique characteristics that the wood is bent only with the distance to secure the existing buffer zone in time of design cannot be complemented, it is analyzed that the buffer zone should be expanded to around 15mm. Second, because the efficiency of assembly is set according to the slope and smoothness of site in time of the on-the-spot assembly of unit module, it’s judged that the status on the site should be considered in advance. Third, the pavement method and box to transport in safety regardless of weather during the transportation are required to be developed. The construction period in the mock-up of unit modular Hanok usually took about 2 weeks. If the problems occurred in the process of design, manufacture, transportation and assembly are revised and complemented and the continuous development is induced in order to drastically reduce the construction period compared to the existing Hanok, it’s judged that the new Hanok can complement the problems regarding the construction period and cost of the existing Hanok.
