This study practices to examine the urban type housing promoted by government for the social change to increase the single household or two persons. We looked into the levels of attainment and the importance about the residential environmental factors of urban type housing built without the application or relaxation of each standard, calculate the effectiveness from practical residents and checked the score of each category. And it practices to suggest the items noted as needing immediate remedial action among the urban type housing including the residential environmental level. When we tried to display the analysis model of the importance and the levels of attainment, 17 items of 22 items are located at the four quarter side. And the records show that the reserving of parking spaces, the protection from noise, neighborhood facilities, landscape area and arrangement in the top 5 should be improved preferentially according to the ranking of effectiveness
