The purpose of this study is to investigate the current statues and the concerns of multi-habitation through a survey for performers who are expected to rise due to the retirement of baby boomers and the change of the lifestyle. As a way of survey for research, the survey consist of current condition and problem questions from a preparation of living in the country to real life in country, and transition process after settling down in country. This study is based on 78 data collection of residents who live in metropolitan areas collected from November 2011 to February 2012 the early. The findings of this study are as follows; 1) The region priorities of multi-habitation to country were followed by living environment, distance from home, and accessibility to city. 2) The biggest problem until moving in the garden house was financial problem, followed by neighbors with nonconformity, and the difficulty of obtaining country life information. 3) After starting country life of multi-habitation, it was found that the material exchange was the most frequent about the exchange between native neighbors and then, living exchange and emotional exchange was followed.
