This study look to problems to community participation at the declining residence development in our country, organize the undertaking deducted with inhabitants in Changwon Urban Renaissance. It is very important to establish the vigorous network system, form a consensus between residents, public institution and expert and the planning direction through voluntary resident participation. We can find middle ground through lot a meeting and education as the organic network activity by residents, public institution and expert. The study has a deeper meaning that drew the social, economical, cultural, welfare reformations besides existing physical environment.
