This study of the research is based on the baby boomer generation preferences towards elderly welfare residential in China and Korea, so as to provide substantial references towards the future continuous development and supply of the elderly residential. For the method of this study, accomplish to literature review, preceding research analysis and actual investigation using survey. The research is surveyed 4 cases of the basic features of the research target audiences, and target audiences current residential"s features, target audiences future residential"s features, Between China and Korea research target audiences the differences between their preferences towards elderly welfare residential. To progress survey at August in 2013 and the total of 120 questionaries was analyzed using SPSS 20.0 statistical program. Results of the research can be summarized ad follows, 1)This study investigated the Korea elderly housing in the city"s position is the most favored regions. 2)Future residential apartment type single-family homes, should be supplied in a variety of designs to satisfy consumers expect. 3)Elderly housing placement and size of the complex in China, Korea, while only just prefer the old generation and the general preference for placing a mixture of three high.
