The Luxury High-Rise Mixed-Use Buiding was the envy of all the people. But, problems of that are now known. Extremely hot or cold weather, High-Rise Mixed-Use Buiding"s energy problems entered the headlines.In what reason, the energy problem is raising issue especially at a super high-rise mixed-use building? We’ve researched the environment-friendly plan for coping with energy-saving. Even if we need some energy consuming, the experiment proved that mechanical ventilation is necessary for good air quality. Due to the ‘Curtain Wall’ method, room temperature is depending on the external weather. This can be solved using a Low-E glass and external awning. Using a renewable energy which worldwide attention and using design methods can be derived greater energy savings. For energy saving, densification and well ventilated building is required. A design and construction focused on the environment and residents will play key roles to build the multipurpose building considering for not only fashionable outside but also the eco-friendly inside.
