The purpose of this study is to make informations to the apartment managers" supplement education on their job difficulty and resident communication. Apartments are getting more intelligent, eco-friendly, and have more various community facilities, and managers are feeling more difficult to work. This study focuses on their job difficulty and consequent residents" satisfaction on their job.
This study interviewed 42 head managers of apartments with more than 300 households and with establishment after 2005. The SPSS win 19 gave data of mean and t-test, and the results were as follows.
1) The overall difficulty level of head managers of apartments was 3.08 of 5.00; 3.41 in living-management, 3.09 in maintenance, and 2.85 in operation. The type of heating system accounts for the difficulty in maintenance and living-management, and managers having more qualifications beside housing-manager qualification answered less difficult in maintenance. 2) The satisfaction level of head managers on residents was 2.99 of 5.00. The satisfaction level according to their working period at present apartment, number of households, and year of establishment showed almost meaningless; only meaningful data was found in "community cleanness after use" between more than 500 household apartments and the less.
