There is growing criticism of the current reconstruction scheme that has resulted in a waste of national resource and construction energy and generated a large amount of construction waste. This criticism causes heightened interest in remodeling by which ensures a satisfactory inventory on the national level while experiencing private expectation throughout society that the value of assets would rise. However, essential change and improvements in current construction methods are needed to respond to rapid changes in the construction industry. In this study, we aim to develop a system that complies with national environmental protection policy while in the short term, preparing for the Housing Performance Grading Indication System, and ultimately supplies long life housing that in the long term, can be remodeled and renovated as easy as possible.
