The implementation of computer-assisted language learning (CALL) has been rapidly spreading because of its numerous advantages such as facilitating language acquisition and improving students`` motivation. To explore factors and conditions which are involved in optimal language learning environments of CALL and which contribute to language learners`` satisfaction level using language learning software, one hundred and fifty-two participants filled out a questionnaire after using Rosetta Stone ReFLEX for one month. Results of the data analysis show that learner autonomy and interactivity were the most influential factors that contribute to their satisfaction level about the software. Even though interactivity intensified learner satisfaction level, lack of learner autonomy lowered the level of satisfaction. The findings are expected to guide program designers for creating a better language program in order to enhance learning outcomes and to help teachers improve learners` participation in student-centered CALL activities.
