The goal of this paper is to suggest a revised analysis of the psych-verb constructions with the clitic in Spanish. It is well known that korean students have difficulty distinguishing between the psych- verbs, With reference to this aspect, We propose that the psych-verb constructions with the clitic in Spanish must be redefined, In the concrete, our proposal is that the psych-verb constructions is derived from the Lexical-Syntax (Hale & Keyser, 1993), In relation to this view, We suggest that the clitic LE, SE is defined of the noncausative Event head. That is to say, in this construcion, the clitic LE, SE transforms "causative" Event into "noncausative" Event.
