The homepage of the construction company expresses the mood of the construction company well and provides the information to the resident and people. The recent, construction company homepage also being provided to the residents in addition to design differentiates aspects of residential life management and guidelines are included. The purpose of this study is aimed at the management aspects of residential life that focuses on the analysis of the top 10 contractors in 2012 to the construction company homepage from residents to provide information. The results of this study can be utilized as basic materials to develop effective guidelines and manual from the perspective of environmental management of apartment houses, in order to improve the participation of the residents in the apartment management.
