Recently, the domestic construction market and housing policies have been supplier-centered, and even though service improvement focusing on inhabitants who are the main body of real use of apartment housing is important, the real situation is that it doesn’t reflect it sufficiently. Besides, according to the previous studies, most studies are about residential satisfaction that affects at the early stage of purchase and the real fact is that studies to maintain residential satisfaction are not sufficient. Therefore, the study is aimed at studying methods for maintenance of apartment housing for sustainable and efficient residential satisfaction improvement through residential satisfaction and maintenance of apartment housing.
As for factors of maintenance deeply related to residential satisfaction, a large classification system was drawn up such as functional Aspect, convenient and comfortable aspect, safety aspect and after a medium classification of them into exclusive area and public area, the factors of maintenance for improvement of residential satisfaction were classified again. If the maintenance is made by utilizing this, the residential satisfaction that goes down as time goes by can be continuously maintained in the long term.
