This study was carried out in order to analyze the cases of applying the Feng-shui Theory to modern houses and obtain preliminary data required for finding measures to apply the Feng-shui Theory as the basis of modern housing plans. As a result of examining 3 modern houses with the geomantic principles, it was discovered that unlucky results may be produced in case of disharmony in the arrangement of geographical features with mountains and rivers, relations between buildings and roads, and the arrangement of four houses on East and West in the shape and plan of houses, and living in an area where the vein of water and the geomagnetic field intersect could influence the health of residents.
