This is case study on JIT Manufacturing system structuring synchronized production line. First, a defective problem occurred in the production line. it can be solved to appear all process problems by Synchronized Production. Second limitation is the parts sourcing problem from cocompanies. I make to provide and produce the parts as much as we spend in factory with applying Kanban system and building synchronized production line. Sometimes it happens to delay lead time because there are companies which are not applied Kanban system internally but they apply Kanban for transaction with H company as their cocompanies. Third, building synchronized production line is much effective for H company which is automotive component manufacturer. However, I cannot analyze in other industrial such like other manufacturing, construction, shipbuilding, medicine, home appliance and chemical industrial part. It is also required comparative study of other industries.
In conclusion, It requires to study more which is able to have more competitive power in terms of customer viewpoint and to improve for field-centered consistently and actively, through building synchronized production line.
