This study was designed to investigate two groups of different English proficiency level students’ opinions on team teaching and their attitude change after taking the team teaching classes. Data were collected through two survey questionnaires completed by 165 high level students (HS) and 196 low level students (LS). Both preferred team teaching to only NESTs (native English speaking teachers) or non-NESTs. They thought NESTs can be the best role model as an English user and motivated students to learn English. The majority of students asked for more interesting lectures from two teachers in team teaching class. However, the result of the attitude survey showed that some significant perspective differences exist between two students groups in ‘self-esteem’ and ‘endeavor’. HS showed slightly more ‘self-esteem’ attitude and less ‘endeavor’ than low level students. Discussion of the findings and study limitations were added.
