Today as Internet becomes a part of our life, we live in the flood of information. In particular, the Internet users who frequently click their mouses to change the sites concentrate their energy only for the very short period of time, compared with those users of radio, TV or newspaper. Thus, the roles of the web designers, in this age of overflowing web information, become important. Web designers should be able to express tens-of-page data or figures in a graph or diagram to deliver the information in a more simple and effective way. In other words, designers` creativity relies not on how to decorate the site but on how to deliver the information more effectively. So far, the website designers may well have been successful in launch up their websites on internet only when the websites could be used easily and conveniently to search for information. The scheme to deliver the information effectively is "information architecture" or "information design", which is instrumental in internet business. "Information design" is the only means of enliving the information not deserting it in the age of overflowing information. Internet is the area which has developed most in the information technology field, but just as the technologies continued to be innovated in the past, internet will continue to develop further. In particular, since various technologies, enormous contents and expressions are integrated via interfaces on a website, the website or intranet designers are required essentially to study "information architecture".
