These days many leading companies make an effort actively to manage the corporate image, which has been much stressed as a positive marketing strategy. Since design is the most essential factor which make distinct some products from others in competition, company can make a profits, which is a their goal, through it. Especially in case of small and medium enterprises, which cant invest in studying practically, they have similar skill that there is no characteristic and poor various items so those distinctive design strategies are required immediately for their competitive power. However most of them actually have concentrated on developing new skills instead of co-working with designers for competitive power of products. These conditions are originated from the lack of knowing of company and lack of confidence to the outputs that have been made though illogical and irrational design process. Today, products design needs many complex factors. Since the simple operating system of the past cant make design work any more, it makes recognize the importance of Standard Project Planning (SPP), standardizing of complex operating system process. Therefore most of product design includes 4 concepts; art, high technology, humanity and design-marketing. These comprehensive ideas must be harmonized and also each one needs to studied deeply. So our objectives are as follows: to analyze the problems of design process and to study and suggest a new complex operating process under the new digital infrastructure.
