This study was a four-year college students majoring in social work supervisor and subject to supervision and satisfaction with supervision in accordance with the general nature of the supervision of the course looks at the difference between the conscious and super vision on career satisfaction and supervisor consciousness the effect was analyzed. Research supervision and relationship satisfaction and supervisor career conscious relationship with the supervisor look at the impact of(career identity, career decision status, career preparation behavior) showed that do not have a significant effect on the career conscious supervision satisfaction was found to have a positive impact on the course, the identity is not however have any significant impact career decision status and career preparation behavior. If the proposal based on the results of the first study, career counseling programs should be developed for improving the course of pre-social worker identity. Second, we must strengthen the function and role of the social welfare field training supervisor. Third, social welfare-related university courses should be established in the heart of the practice of social work field. Fourth, the social services field trips and social objectives of the joint between university students and work practice field should be preceded.
