This study examined the impact of flight crew`s individual fit on customer orientation. Especially to find out both of direct and indirect path between individual fit and customer orientation, we introduce two types of psychological ownership(for organization and job) as mediating variables. In our study, individual fit was classified as person-organization fit, person-job fit, and person-team(colleagues) fit. To examine hypotheses, we collected the data from 263 flight crews in South Korea airlines. The results of regression analysis showed that flight crew`s person-organization fit and person-team(colleagues) fit were positively related to flight crew`s psychological ownership for organization, and that flight crew`s person-job fit was positively related to flight crew`s psychological ownership for job. The results also showed that flight crew`s psychological ownerships for organization and job were positively related to flight crew`s customer orientation. Finally, the results also showed that three variables of flight crew`s fit were positively related to flight crew`s customer orientation. In sum, three variables of flight crew`s fit were not only directly related to customer orientation, but also indirectly related to customer orientation through two types of psychological ownership.
