This study aims to analyze the influence of the quality of yacht club to participants satisfaction and investigate the relation between the intention of participation adherence and the switching intention to other ocean leisure sports. It is also analyzed what kind of mediated effect are involved by the reliability from participants satisfaction. With preceding research analysis, the hypothesis are established based on quality of service, yacht service, customer satisfaction, reliability, participation adherence, reliability and switching intention. The of objects are yacht participants through yacht clubs in Busan and Gyeong-Nam for last a year. The participants’ concept for leisure sports service are understanded and then satisfaction, reliability for service, and participation adherence and switching intention as post-factum are investigated. The data are processed analysis of frequency, confidence test, factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and covariate analysis according to the purpose of this study. SPSS/WIN and AMOS are used for a statistical analysis. The results of hypothesis verification are as follows. Participants satisfaction increased when participants are positive on program, physical environment and interaction of leisure sports. In the relation among participants satisfaction and reliability, participation adherence and switching intention, participants satisfaction. Unlike the hypothesis that recovery satisfaction would have positive effect on switching intention, it showed negatively meaningful result. This result supports hypothesis 4 and 5, not 6. The result represents that the indirect influence of reliability or participation adherence should be considered rather than the direct influence of participants satisfaction on switching intention. This means satisfied participants from yacht leisure sports might participate other ocean leisure sports though reliability and participation adherence. Lastly, in the relation among intention of switch, reliability and participation adherence, reliability and participation adherence had positive effect on switch intention and reliability influenced positive effect on participation adherence. These result support hypothesis 7, 8, 9. In summary, except the direct sequencing, all of the factors showed positive relations, which means hypothesis is adopted.
