As the previous report by Kim et al. (1971), 9 strains of influenza virus (A/Korea/71 (H3N2)) were isolated from throat washings in 23 cases of patient at the four hospitals in Seoul. In this paper, an observation of the hemagglutinating activities concerning influenza virus (A/Korea/ 71 (H3N2) was experimented in order to conform the further biological characteristics specially emphasized with the erythrocytes of ginea pigs and fowl. The results of some experimental studies were as follows: 1. The titer of hemagglutinating reactivity in amnionic fluid of the primarily cultured as injecting by amnionic cavity method with influenza virus (A/Korea/71(H3N2) was shown to be 1:80 or more by hemagglutination test of the Fowl erythrocytes, 1:160 in erythrocytes of the guinea pig for one hour at 4C., 1:80 in Fowl erythrocytes and 1:160 in guinea pig erythrocytes by Hemagglutination test for one hour at 22-23C. 2.
