This study is to create an assessment tool for measuring the workability of people with disabilities. The purpose of the assessment is to determine the target of the policy of employment and appropriate employment services of persons with disabilities. Workability of people with disabilities is measured by questionaires, named job function screening Test(JFST).
JFST consists of three categories: job function, cognitive function and problem-solving abilities, physical function, and self-reliance abilities. And three categories have the 20 survey items, measured by a 5-point scale for each survey question. Fitness NFI, RFI, CFI, IFI on the three categories of the JFST are 0.969 to 0.984, and reliability coefficients of 0.92 to 0.95, respectively. JFS survey was conducted for 734 people with disabilities over the age of 15.
Ability to work as a percentage of the measured results appeared to be suitable for employment targets more than 7%. The workability of 8-44% are classified as severe, 45% or more were classified as mild. And the probability of employment was found to be increased only if the discriminatory employment services were provided depending on the degree of workability
