The purpose of the present study is to examine factors which affect the job satisfaction of personal assistance service coordinators for people with disabilities. The sample consisted of 64 service coordinators working from 51 agencies in Daegu and North Gyeongsang region. The data were analyzed using a hierarchy multiple regression analysis. Data analysis results shows that job conflicts, conflicts with the service workers, autonomy in job activities are statistically significant factors on job satisfaction of personal assistance service coordinators. These findings are discussed in terms of how to improve the service coordinators' job satisfaction.
