This study is researching on female college students who suffer for LBP to how to prevent, reduce, and r-e lapse prevention by motion characteristics of dance movement and yoga movement to increase in muscles around the low back The research discover the influence on decrease of low back pain through dance movement and yoga movement, control group on 15 female college students who has chronic LBP with change o f belly muscle strength, abdominal muscular strength(muscular endurance), sit and reach, trunk extension, wais t measurement, VFA, SFA, and obesity upon reduction in LBP. The data processing used SPSS 14.0 program to One-way ANOVA repeated measure, One-way ANOVA, LSD and with significance level was α=.05. The result of research shows increase on basal physical fitness such as belly muscle strength, abdominal muscular strength(muscular endurance), sit and reach, trunk extension, and decrease on physical component such as, waist measurement, body fat and VFA and also shows great decrease on VAS questions for both dance movement group and yoga movement group. This result shows the motion characteristics of two groups programs are different; however, the components of both programs are similar, it contains how to increase the muscles to reduce the LBP. There was no significant difference among the groups; however, the dance movement group shows highest average result on all factors by LSD result.
