The An active plan to conserve the seasonal customs is utilization. Seasonal customs provided vitalities to exhausting day from ancient times throughout all over the world. All of globally festivals such as Rio Carnival of Brazil, October Festival of Germany, Song kran Festival of Thailand and Naadam Festival of Mongolia originated from seasonal customs. Additionally, Gangneung Danoje festival and Ganggangsullae of korea including Binche Carnical of Belgium, Nogaku of Japan, Apsaras of Cambodia were designated world intangible heritages of UNESCO and enhanced the value of themselves. They have been applied to performances, musicals, movies, games as materials of diverse cultural contents, which have provided farmers to new sources of income and urban residents to the opportunity of traditional culture experience as theme of rural sightseeing. Therefore, the develoment of cultural contents using seasonal customs attachs value to traditional culture, which could become proper means to modernize easily and familiarly.
