An Analysis on Career and Vocational Education Model for Developing Professionals in the Field of Tourism Industry. Education for career and vocation is originated from need of training for meeting an recent social and individual demand. The importance of work and vocation cannot be stressed too much, especially in the case of specialized high school. In respect of lack of systemized career and vocational education paradigm, career and vocational education in the school does not satisfy an expectation these days. That is why the necessity of career and vocational education is getting more emphasized.
The purposes of this study are first, for leading students to recognize extensive possibilities in choosing career and vocation. Second, by understanding career and vocational education frame as an integrated effort for efficient and rational preparation of the education, this study attempts to organize the career and vocational education. Third, this study attempts to develop career and vocational education model avaliable for all specialized high school implementing job-before-college policy, especially in the field of tourism industry, by presenting systemized paradigm of career and vocational education. Final purpose is to develop customized contents for working intention based on job-before-college policy.
