Report Errors
This paper presents Dual-Output switched capacitor (SC) DC-DC converter with improved range of instantaneous load current. This converter operates with a constant input voltage of 1.8V and produces output voltages of 0.8V and 0.5V. The proposed converter is intended to be used in power management units for mobile devices and to substitute complex and expensive inductor based DC-DC converters. The simulation results showed that proposed DC-DC converter have 85% power efficiency when output voltage of 0.8V and 74% power efficiency when output voltage of 0.5V.
