This paper proposes a wide input voltage range and high efficiency dual-output switched capacitor DC-DC converter. The inductor based DC-DC converter has a drawback of low power efficiency at light load, large PCB area and high cost resulted from the usage of inductor. The conventional on -chip switched capacitor DC-DC converter has the features of small size, simple control scheme, but has a drawback low power efficiency at heavy load. These drawbacks were improved by the off-chip capacitor and pulse skipping mode switched capacitor(SC) DC-DC converter. Also the proposed SC converter has multiple conversion ratios and dual -output for wide input voltage range and SoC system. The proposed converter was fabricated using a 1.8V 0.18μm CMOS process. The load power range of the converter was from 500uW to 90mW. The maximum power efficiency of the converter is 90%.
