The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among leader intimacy, peer relation, training intention to continue, and intention to dropout of Taekwondo training children. Through convenience sampling method, selected 344 survey questionnaires were used f or final analysis from Taekwondo training children. With the collected data, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed by SPSS 15.0. The results of the analysis were summarized as follows. First, the emotional intimacy and behavioral intimacy impacts positively(+) influence on mutual trust and communication quality, and the emotional intimacy impacts negatively(-) influence on alienation. Second, the emotional intimacy impacts positively(+) influence on training intention to continue, but negatively(-) influence on training intention to dropout. Third, the mutual trust and communication quality impacts positively(+) influence on training intention to continue, and the mutual trust impacts negatively(-), but alienation positively(+) influence on training intention to dropout.
