The purpose of this study is to inquiry formula to success of Incheon United FC in ‘Flying’ sport movie. In order to know this purpose, I analyzed contents of ‘Flying’ sport movie The results of the study are as fol-lowed. A formula to success of Incheon United FC ware competition to select key players, goal setting, oach`s leadership, teamwork(sacrifice, effort, perseverance). The coach name of Incheon United FC is Jang Owe-ryong. He gives enough opportunities to them so that they can exert the best effort in the game. In the process, the coach wins the players` trust. In this sense, Jang`s leadership is leadership through trust. when it comes to a team sport, what matters the most is teamwork. When every team member unities, the art of combination and harmony is displayed. When the characteristics and creativeness of individual players become one, a great result can come. The success formula of the Incheon United Foot ball Club is the leadership of coach and the teamwork of the players.
