The purpose of this study was to investigate the 12weeks regular exercise on functional fitness and quality of life in farmers. A total of forty one including twenty one for intervention group and twenty for control group were participated in the study. Functional fitness included muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, dynamic balance and agility. Quality of life(QOL) was assessed by a questionnaire(physical area, mind area). Exercise program composed on resistance with thera-band and balance exercise with ball exercise ball. Exercise was performed for 75minutes, three times a week for 12weeks. The result was as follow. There was a significant difference group(p<.01), time(p<.01), coefficient(p<.05) in muscle endurance. Flexibility and agility was a significant difference in group(p<.01) and coefficient(p<.05). Dynamic balance was a significant difference in group(p<.01), time(p<.05) and coefficient(p<.01). The QOL was significant difference on the in physical area and mental area all condition(p<.05). We know that exercise with thera-band & exercise ball was developed for functional fitness and QOL in farmers. And they need to participate consecutive exercise program.
