The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of club consistency on club images, club trust, and club royalty in smartphone applications developed by professional baseball clubs. After the use of smartphone applications was identified verbally through the convenience sampling method, spectators who have used smartphone applications were asked to complete a self-administered questionnaire. Then 220 questionnaires collected were used for the final analysis. Also, the structural equation model was used to draw study results. Finally, the following conclusion was drawn. First, club consistency had an effect on club images in smartphone applications developed by professional baseball clubs. Second, club consistency had an effect on club trust in smartphone applications developed by professional baseball clubs. Finally, club consistency had an effect on club royalty in smartphone applications developed by professional baseball clubs. In conclusion, applications developed by professional baseball clubs were very effective means to build up club`s brand equity and lastly influenced building up royal fan s. In particular, an increase in smartphone users has stressed the importance of applications developed by professional baseball clubs. Thus, the ongoing management of applications and the development of various communication routes will improve consumer involvement in application, as well as help build up royal fans.
