The purpose of the study is to vitalize leisure and sports by developing athletic meet models at workplace. This study is conducted by the help of 8 personnel including 3 leisure and recreation field instructors who has over 30 years of experience and 3 officials from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Korea and Korea Association of leisure and sports Instructors. The conclusion and suggestion of the study are as follows. First. the team is organized according to company type and the number of persons, it is desirable to make up 4 teams~8teams. Second. the company athletic meet program become that all employee a company and immigrant family, men and women of all age join in such as festivity. Third. Organize a company athletic meet program which every participants can play each prepared sports games at least 3 to 5 times and cheer others when not playing a game. Fourth. A grass sports field is desirable where people can run and play. Fifth. It is desirable and idealistic to organize the total duration of a company athletic meet less than 7 hours and less than 20 minutes for each sports events. Sixth. the rule and matters of game is short and clear. Seventh. Minimum 10 to maximum 200 people is desirable for each sports event in a company athletic meet. Eighth. Separate awards as individual award, team award, and general award. Award individual award and team award after each sport event and award general award at the closing of a athletic meet. Ninth. Company athletic meet is a program that can enhance a sense of belonging, unity and loyalty to a company.
