This study has been performed to verify psycho-social usefulness of virtual sport culture that is expanding gradually, examining the relation between leisure satisfaction and psychological happiness depending on participation motivation. The subjects have been aimed at screen golf participants with population of screen golf participants in Daejeon Metropolitan City in December, 2011 at present and 400 people as a sample have been selected by using random sampling and the data of 392 people have been analyzed by utilizing SPSS 17.0 and the conclusion is as follows. First, concerning the effect of participation motivation of screen golf participants on leisure satisfaction, skill acquisition and external ostentation have a significant effect on mental satisfaction, and skill acquisition, pleasure, external ostentation and society factor have a significant impact on environmental satisfaction. In addition, skill acquisition, pleasure, external ostentation and society factor have a significant influence on physiological satisfaction, and skill acquisition, external ostentation and society factor have a significant influence on social satisfaction. Also, all sub-factors of participation satisfaction have a significant effect on leisure satisfaction. Second, regarding the effect of participation motivation of participants in screen golf on psychological happiness, the skill acquisition, external ostentation and sociality factor significantly influence commitment and all sub-factors of participation motivation have a significant impact on happiness.
