The purpose of this study was to identify Impacts of the Select ion Properties of the Parents of Taekwondo Trainees on the Satisfaction, Intention to Continue and Recommend of the Trainees. The subjects of the research were randomly sampled parents of taekwondo trainees attending kindergartens or elementary schools in Taejeon Metropolitan City in 2010, and a total of 400 parents participated as valid sample. Data were collected using a questionnaire and processed with program PASW 18.0. Through correlation analysis and multiple and simple regression analysis at a significance level of p<.05, we drew conclusions as follows. First, environments and program out of the selection properties of the parents were identified to have significant relationship with the satisfaction. Second, program out of the selection properties of the parents were identified to have significant relationship with the intention to continue the training. Third, expense and program out of the selection properties of the parents were identified to have significant relationship with the recommend it to others. Fourth, the satisfaction was identified to have significant influence on the intention to continue the training. Fifth, the satisfaction was identified to have significant influence on the recommend it to others. Accordingly, to introduce various programs the changing training environments require and to establish positive image of Taekwondo training place through the attention and consideration of the requirements of the parents and the trainees will promote the distribution of Taekwondo.
