The purpose of the present research is to clarify what the transformational leadership of a Taekwondo hall`s director evaluated by leaders is, and to provide basic material to management of human resources at successful Taekwondo halls by examining what factors have an impact on self-efficacy and organizational commitment of leaders among factors of such transformational leadership. Accordingly, the present research have carried out a questionnaire survey with the target of a total of 210 leaders who participated Go OO seminar and youth OO seminar that this researcher and two assistant researches directly executed in August 7, 2010 and September 4, performed error verification and statistical analysis of questionnaires of 201 persons while excluding invalid questionnaires, and then has deduced the following results through execution of frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. First, it appeared that all factors of transformational leadership, self-efficacy and organizational commitment have a significant correlation. Second, it appeared that the charisma and individual consideration of transformational leadership have a significant impact on self-efficacy. Third, it appeared that the charisma and individual consideration of transformational leadership have a significant impact on emotional commitment.
