This study aims to identify the reasons that lead apartment complex residents to participate, continue and discontinue, so that, offer basic data to the marketing strategy for managing the members of golf range in an apartment complex. To complete the purpose of the study, we choose B golf range in A an apartment complex, S golf range in L an apartment complex and L golf range in H an apartment complex (as the researcher`s convenience) and 264 questionnaires (targeting the members of golf range) were used in the study. For conducting data, Frequency Analysis, Exploratory Factor Analysis, Reliability analysis, Correlation analysis and Regression analysis were used and the results are as follows: Firstly, it verified that there is statistical signification between the subordinate value of member`s satisfaction (conductor, programme, service and facility) and the reason of duration. When it comes to relative influence, it showed that the conductor factor has positive(+) direction to, in the usual order, the direct relation, the acquaintanceship, the burden fact. The programme factor has positive(+) direction to the direct relation factor, negative(-) direction to the acquaintanceship factor and the service fact has positive(+) direction to the direct relation factor and then the facility factor has positive(+) direction to the burden factor. Secondly, it showed that there is statistical signification between the subordinate value of member`s satisfaction (conductor, programme, service and facility) and the reason of discontinuance. When it comes to relative influence, it showed that the conductor factor has negative(-) direction to, in the usual order, the service, programme, conductor factor and the programme factor has negative(-) direction to, in the usual order, the service, programme and the service factor has negative(-) direction to, in the usual order, the service, programme and then the facility factor has negative(-) direction to the programme factor.
